Shenzhen iRead Foundation: founded in 2010 by Tiantu as the major donor for a long time. Mr. Wang Yonghua, the chairman of the Board of Tiantu Capital, is the director of the Foundation.

With the vision of “high-quality children’s reading can promote a better future”, the Foundation is committed to furthering the development of children’s reading and the improvement of its quality. By exploring the world through high-quality reading, the Foundation aims to share the joy of reading with every child, and guide them to become a lifelong reader.

The programs currently implemented and funded by iRead Foundation include Reading Start (free distribution of red reading backpacks to every family with 0-6 years old), iRead College (early children’s reading promoter training course), 100 Recommended Children’s Books (designed for children between 0-12), Rural Children’s Reading Grants (improving rural and migrant children’s reading), and IBBY-iRead Outstanding Reading Promoter Award.
