Mr. Wang Yonghua, the chairman of the Board, the executive Director, and the chairman of the Executive Committee, is primarily responsible for the overall management, development strategy, overall investment strategy, and human resources management of our Company.

Mr. Wang has over 28 years of experience in the investment industry. Mr. Wang founded our predecessor company Tiantu Chuangye in April 2002. Prior to founding Tiantu Chuangye, he consecutively worked as the executive vice general manager and general manager of the fund management department of China Southern Securities Co., Ltd., and the general manager assistant and then the general manager of both fund investment department and market research department of China Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as China Southern Asset Management Limited) from 1993 to 2000.

Mr. Wang was recognized as one of the top investors in China by the list of PEdaily.cn 2020 China Investors, 2019 Forbes China Best Venture Capitalists, PEdaily.cn 2018 China Investors, 2017 Forbes China Best Venture Capitalists, ChinaVenture Hurun Midas List 2016 and 2016 ChinaVenture – Financial Times China Top Investors.

Mr. Wang obtained his bachelor’s degree in software from Xiangtan University in the PRC and his master’s degree in economics from the Postgraduate School for the Institute of Finance of the Head Office of the People’s Bank of China (currently known as PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University) in the PRC.

Mr. Feng Weidong, the general manager, an executive Director, and the vice chairman of the Executive Committee, is assisting the work of the chairman of the Executive Committee and is primarily responsible for taking charge of the venture capital department, the financial management, the brand management and providing strategic and management advice to our Company.

Mr. Feng has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. He is the author of the monograph on brand positioning theory called Upgrade Positioning and was recognized as one of the top investors in China by the list of 2020 Forbes China Best Venture Capitalists, PEdaily.cn 2019 China Investors, 2018 Forbes China Best Venture Capitalists, ChinaVenture Midas List 2017, and ChinaVenture Hurun Midas List 2016.

Mr. Feng obtained his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Sichuan University in the PRC and his master’s degree in business administration from Tsinghua University in the PRC.

Ms. Zou Yunli, the executive Director and the member of the Executive Committee, is primarily responsible for taking charge of the private equity department and providing strategic and management advice to our Company.

Ms. Zou has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance. She was recognized as one of the top investors in China by the list of 2021 Forbes China Venture Capitalists Top 100, 2021 36Kr.com 2021 China Best Investors in Big Consumer Sector Top 20, 2019 Forbes China Best Venture Capitalists, 2018 Forbes China Best Female Venture Capitalists Top 25, ChinaVenture 2018 China Best Venture Capitalists Top 100, ChinaVenture 2017 China Best Venture Capitalists Top 100 and 36Kr.com 2017 China Most Popular PE Investors among Entrepreneurs Top 10.

Ms. Zou obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in the PRC, her master of professional accountancy degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and her executive master’s degree in business administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms. Zou became a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in August 1998.

Mr. Li Xiaoyi, the executive Director, the chief risk control officer, and the member of the Executive Committee, is primarily taking charge of the investment and financing management department, legal department and risk control management department and is responsible for the risk management and providing strategic and management advice to our Company.

Mr. Li has been a director of Hunan Huarui Hydropower Investment Development Co., Ltd. since September 2003. Mr. Li worked as legal director and compliance director of Tiantu Chuangye from September 2006 to February 2012. He worked as the general manager of Hunan Huarui Hydropower Investment Development Co., Ltd. from September 2003 to May 2006, where he was responsible for handling corporate governance matters and supervising the senior management. He worked as the office manager of Beijing Liaison Office of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government of Hunan Province from September 1996 to June 2003, where he was responsible for liaison and economic cooperation between the local government and the central governmental authorities. He worked at the People’s Court of Yongxing County, Hunan Province from March 1985 to September 1996, with his last position as a tribunal president.

Mr. Li obtained his diploma from National Judges College in the PRC and his master of laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in the PRC.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Li worked at Chenzhou Trust and Investment Corporation (Hunan Province) as the manager of the security department; Dapeng Security Co., Ltd. as the general manager of the sales department; Fortune Securities Limited as the general manager of the brokerage business headquarter, the general manager of the equity management headquarter (office of the Board secretary), the general manager of the marketing department, the Board secretary, and the vice president; Fortune CLSA Securities Limited as the member of the Board and the Board secretary; and Hunan Equity Exchange as the Chairman of the Board. He is now working as the Board secretary of our Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Xiangtan Univerisity.
