1. Assisting with the the operation and information disclosure of the board and executive committee of the company, as well as the preparation and filing of materials ;

2. Assisting in the development and implementation of matters related to the company's capital operation (share issuance, bond issuance, equity distribution, equity incentive, etc.);

3. Assisting in the normative governance of the company;

4. Handling related work of the company's equity management;

5. Responsible for internal and external coordination, mantaining relations among shareholders, directors and supervisors, supervising compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in maintaining investor relations and public relations.

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, finance and other related majors, national unified entrance examination, English can be used as the working language.

2. At least two years' experience in securities affairs of listed companies or companies to be listed.

3. Familiar with financial market, capital market and securities market, company law, securities law and other related knowledge, listing rules of the main board, NEEQ and Hong Kong, familiar with securities affairs workflow as well as listed company information disclosure procedures;

4. Rigorous, careful and responsible, with strong ability of analysis, communication and problem solving as well as strong abilities in written expression and execution;

5. Having relevant working experience in securities affairs of Hong Kong listed companies is preferred.

6.Having received the qualification training of board secretary organized by Shenzhen or Shanghai Stock Exchange, and hold relevant practicing certificate is preferred.
